Sleep Better. Feel Better.

Start early in teaching your child to sleep straight through the night. It is proven that children who sleep well cope better in daily activities and are healthier!

Sleep is essential to physical and mental health, happiness and quality of life – for both you and your baby!

Sleep is just as important as eating and drinking, but yet it often gets placed on the back burner as we try to get through another day. Sleep deprivation makes us even more vulnerable to mental health struggles such as postpartum depression and anxiety, which can affect our ability to be the best parent that we want to be! And as we know from personal experience it can start to break down our relationships and heighten loneliness and isolation.

Why Sleep Is So important

Sleep is equally important for your little one. Babies, toddlers and children need quality sleep to thrive. Infants are capable of being good sleepers at a young age, but sometimes they need some extra help learning these important life skills. Children who sleep better, feel better. And children who feel better, do better; in their social interactions, in their development, and in their learning.
